What does your standard moving service include?
Our standard service includes loading items at your pick-up address, transporting them in a suitable van, and unloading at the destination, all handled by our trained crew. If you require extra assistance such as furniture disassembly/assembly, multiple helpers, or special handling (e.g. pianos or bulky items), just let us know at booking and we’ll tailor the quote accordingly.
Can you provide packing materials or handle packing for me?
Yes. We can supply quality packing materials; boxes, blankets, padding, straps and trolleys; to protect your belongings during removal. If you prefer, our team can also handle full packing before loading. Just request packing when you book so we can include it in the quote.
Are my belongings insured during the move? What happens if something gets damaged?
Yes, our removals service is insured. In the unlikely event of damage or loss during transit, our insurance covers it. For fragile or high-value items, please inform us when booking so we can treat them with extra care and document their condition accordingly.
What if I don’t know the right van size I need?
We offer several van sizes. If you’re unsure, we recommend choosing a slightly larger van than you think you’ll need; it avoids overcrowding and ensures a smoother move. If you run out of space on moving day, contact us, we can suggest upgrading to a bigger van or doing an additional trip.
Can you help move items to or from upper floors, or stairs?
Yes. Our team is experienced in moves involving stairs or upper floors. If you have heavy or awkward items (furniture, appliances, etc.), please mention this at booking so we can deploy an appropriately sized crew; typically a two-man or more team for safe handling.
Do you accept short-notice or same-day removal requests?
We try our best. While pre-booking is recommended for guaranteed availability, we often accept short-notice or same-day jobs depending on van & crew availability. Use our phone, live chat or WhatsApp contact to check availability.
Which payment methods do you accept, and when is payment due?
We accept bank transfers, card payments and cash (if applicable and feasible). Payment is due either at the time of booking (for pre-booked moves) or after the move (for cash/card), depending on your preference. We’ll always confirm payment method when we provide your quote.
Do you offer removal services beyond London, across the UK?
Yes, we provide removal services across the entire UK. Whether you’re moving locally within London or relocating to another city, we can arrange the right van and crew for your move. Share your pick-up and destination postcodes when booking, and we’ll provide an accurate quote based on distance, van size and labour required.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge if it’s at least 48 hours before the scheduled move. Cancellations or changes within 48 hours may incur a fee (typically 20–25% of the booking cost), to cover crew and van scheduling commitments.
How do I book, and how is the final cost calculated?
Booking is easy, just use our website, phone, live chat or WhatsApp. We’ll ask for your pick-up and destination addresses, approximate volume or list of items, and any special needs (packing, stairs, furniture, etc.). Based on this, we’ll provide a transparent quote. The final cost covers the van, labour (loading/unloading), distance, and any extras you select.
